And the time steps are clear.

In order to ensure the effectiveness, the county will promote the application work in four stages: one is the investigation. In accordance with the principle of territorial jurisdiction and who uses and who manages, all townships, relevant commissions and units shall carry out net-type inspections on the use of 50 kg or more LPG cylinders in their respective industries and fields, and find out the bases and establish accounts; It is a pilot application. Up to now, Ganxian County has completed the survey and mapping work, and basically grasped the situation of using more than 50 kg of gas cylinders in key industries and fields in the county. At present, pilot projects are being actively carried out. Eight pilot units have been established in key industries and fields such as schools and hotels. More than 120 units interested in using alcohol-based liquid fuel have visited the pilot units and signed with the promotion units. The use of protocols, the promotion and application of alcohol-based liquid fuels has received widespread attention in society.
