The China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Awards Office began to accept the 2016 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Awards declaration and recommendation projects.
The 2016 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award adopts the method of network recommendation and application of projects (website: http://). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Award range 1. Invention results;

Second, the recommendation, reporting methods and requirements of the China Machinery Industry Professional Association, the provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) Machinery Industry Association (the Federation), the China Mechanical Engineering Society professional branch and the provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) mechanical engineering society for the various industries, Recommended units for areas and regions.
When recommending the project to recommend the project, you need to log in to the project declaration system to register from the “Recommended Unit Login” entry (the registered user does not need to operate this step), log in with the registered user name and password, and enter the recommended unit number and verification code (to reward The office phone is requested to enter the recommendation system, and then the project recommendation is carried out according to the recommended unit operation procedure.
Member units of the China Machinery Industry Federation, research institutes in the field of machinery industry, survey and design institutes, relevant universities and colleges, and publishing units may directly declare (only for the application items of the unit or as the project declared by the first completion unit). In addition to the “direct reporting unit”, in principle, other units are recommended by the recommended unit.
When applying for project declaration, the reporting unit needs to log in to the project declaration system to register from the “Reporting Unit Login” entry, log in with the registered user name and password, select the corresponding recommended unit to fill in the basic information, and then follow the reporting unit operation procedure to report the project. .
Third, the recommended material "China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Recommendation" is the main basis for the Chinese machinery industry science and technology award review, the recommendation book includes the main parts (first to eleventh), the annex (the twelfth) Two parts.
1. The main part of the recommendation book , the reporting unit needs to log in to the project declaration system. According to the “China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Recommendation”, fill in the instructions and fill in and upload relevant attachment materials online. The testimony should be complete and true, and the text description should be accurate and objective.
2. The annex materials mainly include:
(1) Proof of evaluation (required): The scientific and technological achievements appraisal report (or new product appraisal certificate) issued by a third party for nearly three years, the acceptance report, the evaluation report, the technical test report issued by the authoritative department, etc.;
Science and technology search report : provide a new report issued by an authoritative search agency within the past three years (a project with a first-level award must provide a scientific research report);
Projects initiated at the national or provincial level plan shall submit an acceptance report (copy) of the overall project to the plan release unit.
(2) Application certificate (required): Refers to the application certificate provided by the application unit of the overall technology of the project. The application certificate must be stamped with the official seal of the application unit (legal entity).
(3) Core intellectual property certificate (not required): refers to the main intellectual property certification materials that have been authorized, including the first page of claims for invention patents, computer software copyright certificates and related papers, monographs, etc.
(4) Other proofs (not required): Refers to other relevant evidence supporting the project's technological innovation and the contribution of the performer.
(5) It is recommended to submit supplementary materials (required) for “soft science, standards and testing results” and “technical books” projects . For details, please refer to Annex V and Annex VI of the project declaration system file.
(6) The “Recommended Units” page in the “Recommendation Book” (required), fill in the recommended comments and affix the official seal of the recommended unit and scan it as an electronic version of the attachment.
The above attachment materials do not exceed 80 pages. The contents of the electronic version of the attachment should be consistent with the written attachment and submitted in JPG or PDF format. The size of a single file does not exceed 300KB.
3. "China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Recommendation" Please download the PDF file in the declaration system and download it . The content should be exactly the same as the electronic version of the recommendation, otherwise the formal review will not pass.
4. The main book and accessories of the recommendation book are bound into a book (no single or double sided), the paper size is A4, and the left side is bound, and the cover is not added. The application materials are in triplicate, including 1 original (the original text on the top right corner of the cover) and 2 copies.
5. All application materials will not be returned. If the reporting unit needs to keep files, please backup it yourself.
4. The format document of the Gazette requires the preparation of the 2016 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award-winning project and the preparation and publication of the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Bulletin, and the reporting unit should carefully fill in the requirements of the format platform bulletin format document, and Upload the reporting platform. The content includes the basic situation of the unit, the project brief and two color pictures that can reflect the content of the project.
The “Project Profile” is mainly used for public promotion of award-winning projects. It should not involve confidential content. The number of words should be controlled within 800~1000 words. The picture format is JPG or PDF. The size of a single picture is no more than 3MB.
V. Other matters needing attention in the declaration 1. Confidential projects and automobile projects involving national defense and national security are not subject to the review of the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award;
2. The project must be applied for more than one year as a whole (before December 31, 2014);
3. In 2015, the recommended un-granted projects will not be accepted;
4. The recommended items cannot be revoked once accepted.
6. The recommended time for the recommended time is April 15th, 2016. The overdue website project declaration platform will not be closed. Paper materials should be submitted or sent to China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award before April 20th. The work office will not be accepted after the deadline.
