All the member units: According to the spirit of the 2012 annual work conference of Henan Superhard Materials Industry Alliance, we are now recruiting a new round of Henan provincial superhard materials and products regional high-tech industrial chain project proposal. According to the development needs of the industry, all the member units are required to come up with the bottlenecks that restrict the development of the industry and the regional industrial chain, and propose project proposals based on their own advantages. The content includes the necessity, goals and targets, main tasks, start and end time, and budget estimates. Key explanation: What is it (what is the project, what are the main technical and economic indicators of the project and the scale of the production capacity); why (the market demand and development space is large, and the advantages compared with similar products at home and abroad); (The project construction content, the total investment to be achieved, what kind of purpose to achieve). The project can be key core technology research and development and major product industrialization, as well as innovation capacity building and public service platform construction. The Alliance will organize relevant experts to demonstrate and screen the project proposals, and propose project support to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. All units are requested to submit the proposed project proposal to the Alliance Secretariat by the end of November 2012.
