According to the arrangements, the mineral collection and collection agencies of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) shall complete the self-inspection within the scope of their collection before November 10, 2012, and the spot checks organized by the Ministry of Land and Resources will be held from November 20 to December 15.
