Labor Insurance Commissioner "Charging" to Improve Business Level

In order to enhance the professional skills of pension insurance management staff in construction companies, the Jiaozhou Construction Bureau organized 13 employees from local construction firms to attend a specialized training session on labor insurance funds. The event was held in Changqing District, Jinan City, and focused on improving the understanding and management of pension insurance for construction workers. The training aimed to strengthen the ability of participants to better serve construction workers by providing them with up-to-date knowledge on labor insurance policies and procedures. According to officials from the Jiaozhou Construction Bureau, the program was hosted by Shandong Provincial Construction Industry Labor Insurance Co., Ltd. and attracted nearly 400 participants from across the province. The course covered key topics such as the current status of labor insurance management in construction companies, strategies for handling labor insurance funds, and the procedures for fund collection, distribution, and adjustment. It also emphasized the importance of proper management and compliance in the use of pension insurance funds. Participants expressed satisfaction with the training, noting that it significantly improved their professional knowledge and skills. One attendee shared, “After this training, I feel more confident in my role and will continue to study and improve my expertise.” By enhancing the capabilities of labor insurance professionals, the initiative aims to ensure more efficient and transparent management of pension insurance funds, ultimately benefiting both construction companies and their workers. This effort reflects a broader commitment to improving service quality and operational standards in the construction industry.
