Labor Insurance Commissioner "Charging" to Improve Business Level

In an effort to enhance the professional capabilities of pension insurance management staff within construction companies, the Jiaozhou Construction Bureau organized 13 employees from local construction firms to attend a specialized training session on labor insurance funds. The event was hosted in Changqing District, Jinan City, by Shandong Construction Industry Labor Insurance Co., Ltd. This initiative aims to improve the overall performance and efficiency of pension insurance management across the sector. The training program focused on key aspects such as the current status of labor insurance management in construction companies, strategies for handling fund collection, allocation, and adjustments, as well as the latest regulatory requirements. A total of nearly 400 participants from various construction companies across the province attended the session, with 13 representatives from Jiaozhou taking part. According to officials from the Jiaozhou Construction Bureau, the goal of this training is to better serve construction workers by equipping labor insurance specialists with up-to-date knowledge and skills. “By participating in this training, our understanding of labor insurance management has significantly improved,” one of the attendees shared. They also mentioned that they plan to continue studying and applying what they learned to further enhance their professional standards upon returning to their respective companies. This kind of training not only helps improve the expertise of staff but also ensures that pension insurance funds are managed more effectively and transparently. With ongoing efforts like these, the construction industry in Shandong is taking important steps toward more standardized and efficient labor insurance practices.
