Recently, the reporter learned from the Henan Industrial and Information Committee that in the "2016 Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Project List" published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute's "New Model for Intelligent Manufacturing of High Performance Superhard Material Abrasives" was selected. According to relevant requirements, the technical level of the selected projects is at the domestic leading level or international advanced level. The equipment and systems used in the demonstration projects should be safe and controllable. At the same time, the project reduces operating costs, shortens product development cycle, improves production efficiency, and reduces product defect rate. Significant results have been achieved in five aspects of improving energy efficiency. In addition, in the pilot work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance in 2016 on the comprehensive standardization of intelligent manufacturing and the application of new models, four enterprises in Henan Province were selected, namely CITIC Heavy Industries' "special robot manufacturing intelligent factory" and China's one-for-one " "New model application of intelligent manufacturing of wheeled tractors", "Digital Workshop of Aviation Key Parts" of Xinxiang Aviation Industry Group Corporation, "Pilot Demonstration of Passenger Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing" of Henan Yutong Bus.
