1. The internal and external information are not connected to each other, and the information island phenomenon is serious. Most security systems operate independently on a stand-alone basis. 2. The system functions are not uniform, not standardized, lacking overall planning and unified construction standards, and the technical level is uneven. 3. The development of modern digital communication technology and computer technology has made it possible to remotely network and centrally manage the current video surveillance system of banks. However, due to historical diagnosis, the network conditions of various bank outlets and ATMs are currently uneven. For example, banks typically have one DDN line for one ATM machine with a transmission rate of 64kps. Normal business processing basically occupies all the bandwidth, and it is difficult to have rich bandwidth for video surveillance signal transmission. Self-service banks are usually equipped with 2 or 4 DDN lines, which can achieve a transmission rate of 128kps-256kps, and business outlets are equipped with 2M virtual private networks, but the normal business of the bank allows only 20% of the bandwidth to be left to the security system. . This is a stretch for bank monitoring with many monitoring points and high image acquisition quality requirements.

These factors make the current video surveillance system of the bank often self-contained for each business outlet. It is difficult to conduct centralized management and large-scale application at the branch level. With the strengthening of banking outlets, self-service banking and ATM machines, more and more "isolated" video surveillance systems will be gradually established. The interconnection and centralized management between these systems has become an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of bank security systems.

4. The existing bank monitoring system lacks analysis of video content, making the system's real-time prevention and post-mortem investigation extremely inefficient. In the existing monitoring system, the front-end camera and the hard disk recorder can only collect, encode and store the monitoring scene image, and have no video content analysis capability, so that real-time monitoring of the target and its activities in the scene is completely dependent on manual completion. Due to the large number of bank monitoring points and the limited number of security personnel, it is difficult to accurately and timely observe the occurrence of abnormal behaviors and criminal activities due to the limitations of human physiological characteristics and management level. Low, the security surveillance system can only provide the most original video material for post-mortem investigations.
