Sweet pepper is the main variety of dehydrated vegetables processed in Shizuishan. For a long time, the varieties planted in this city can only be transferred from Gansu and Inner Mongolia. Shizuishan City Bureau of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry conducted continuous sweet pepper variety trials from 2004 to 2007 and finally selected “Ningjiao No. 1”. The results of trial planting showed that Ningjiao No. 1 is suitable for local planting and is suitable for dehydration processing by the Autonomous Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. .
