One CAPS marker and four SNP markers for soybean salt tolerance genes were obtained, and one In/Del marker for the soybean allergenic protein GlymBd28K. Two yield QTLs were detected in the B2 and L linkage groups of soybean, and stable expression of four grain pods and single pod grain QTLs were obtained. Main QTLs for dry tofu and dry bean milk yield were detected in the Satt424~Sat_162 section of the A2 linkage group. One, in the chain group H, the qTLC-d1b～2 interval on qRMC～h～1 and D1b linkage group detected the QTL against the screen bean turtle.
