Customs commodity codes should be declared in strict accordance with the characteristics, standards and protection levels of the wood. Anyone who declares the mahogany code must have evidence to support that the imported timber species are within the 33 categories specified in the international GB/T 18107-2000, otherwise they cannot be declared according to the mahogany code.
