From January to June 2012, the year-on-year growth rate of the national machine tool industry continued to decline slightly. The growth rate of industrial output value was 12.43%, down 24.7 percentage points year-on-year; the growth rate of industrial sales value was 12.72%. The decrease was 24.32 percentage points; the growth rate of export delivery value was 7.60%, a year-on-year decrease of 15.23 percentage points.
First, the overall growth rate of production and sales continued to decline
From January to June 2012, the national machine tool industry completed a total industrial output value of 365.45 billion yuan, an increase of 12.43%; completed sales value of 356.335 billion yuan, an increase of 12.72%; production and sales rate of 97.5%.
From January to June, the sales value of the machine tool industry has seen a sharp decline in the overall trend for half a year. Among them, the growth rate of cutting tool manufacturing, foundry machinery manufacturing, machine tool accessory manufacturing industry accounted for a large decline, the year-on-year growth rate fell by 35.61, 28.82 and 37.28 percentage points respectively.
Second, the export delivery value growth rate is still generally falling
From January to June 2012, the machine tool industry achieved an export delivery value of 20.354 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.60%, a decrease of 15.23 percentage points compared with the same period last year.
From the perspective of sub-industries, in addition to the growth of metal cutting machine tool manufacturing, metal forming machine tool manufacturing, and foundry machinery manufacturing industry, the growth rate of other sub-sectors has declined. Among them, other non-metal processing special equipment manufacturing industries The decline was the largest, from 98.27% to -25.56%, down by 123.83 percentage points year-on-year; secondly, the wood processing machinery manufacturing industry declined significantly, down 57.77 percentage points year-on-year.
Third, the output of major products fell sharply
In terms of output of major products, in June, the output of machine tool numerical control devices and metal cutting tool products in the machine tool industry saw a slight increase year-on-year, and the growth rate of other industries declined.
