Industrial pure aluminum has the usual characteristics of aluminum, low density, good electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance, good plastic processing performance, can be processed into plates, strips, foils, kneading products, etc., and can be used for gas welding, argon arc welding, spot welding. However, industrial pure aluminum can not be heat-treated and can only be improved by cold deformation. The only heat treatment method is annealing, and the beginning temperature of recrystallization is related to the impurity content and degree of deformation, usually at 200°C.
Industrial aluminum is widely used, can be used as electrical aluminum, such as busbars, wires, cables, electronic components; can be used as heat exchangers, coolers, chemical equipment; tobacco, tea, sugar and other food and drug packaging supplies, beer barrels, etc. Deep-drawn finished products; roofs, ceilings, partition walls, sound-absorbing and heat-insulating materials, as well as household utensils and cooking utensils, etc., were built.
