The project “Research and Development of Biomimetic Friction-Reducing and Wear-Resistant Core Parts of Cement Grinding System” was jointly undertaken by Jilin University and Jilin Yatai (Group) Co., Ltd. The project was presided over by Ren Luquan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on the core components of the grinding system in cement production. Research.

Ren Luquan led the task force to use engineering bionics to simulate the surface formation of lizards, underwater shells, earthworms, and earthworms in the desert that have evolved over millions of years. The rigid-flexible multi-layered wear-resistant structure opens up a new way to improve the visbreaking and wear resistance of the core components of the cement grinding system.

On this basis, Jilin University and Yatai Group jointly established a cement roller manufacturing and repair center. After more than two years of scientific and technological research, successfully developed a multi-coupled biomimetic roller to form a large-scale production process of 200 tons/year bionic wear-resisting viscosity-reducing material, and tackled the key manufacturing technology of bionic visbreaking and wear-resistant core components; developed and repaired Two sets of squeezing rollers, five sets of vertical grinding rollers and two sets of grinding discs.

The test results show that the service life of multi-coupled bionic grinding roller is up to 12000 hours; the performance of bionic wear-resistant material is twice higher than that of high manganese steel; the working environment temperature of bionic grinding roller and grinding disc is up to 200°C~400°C, reaching the international advanced level .

According to reports, the results have been used in production and will play an important role in promoting the industrialization of the bionic viscous wear-resistant materials and core components of cement grinding systems.
