The implementation period of the phased overdue social insurance premium or reduced rate policy for difficult SMEs was extended to the end of 2010.

Implement differentiated regulatory policies for commercial banks to carry out SME credit business. Accelerate the construction of the GEM market and increase the scale of direct financing for SMEs.
