(4) After the owner agrees to renovate the unit with the management company, the owner shall arrange the time, place and passage of the construction materials with the management company, and shall not occupy or block the public place, nor shall it contaminate, damage or block the public place. And public facilities;


(5) When renovating, the owner must keep the public areas and public facilities in the community clean and the internal sanitation of the unit. (6) The management company has the right to enter the unit during the construction period to inspect whether the projects meet the approval specifications of the management company.
