The flat knitting machine bottom plate is matched with the upper and lower movable needle cores by a row of downward bottoming needle grooves, and the pulling force of the bottom plate can be controlled by the torque motor according to the used fabric, thereby producing a knitted product with uniform density. When the woven needle collection product is finished and re-started, the use of the bottom plate can effectively reduce the woven waste yarn, thereby improving production efficiency. The GE2-52C computerized flat knitting machine consists of 2 scissors and 4 clips. When the product is woven, the scissors can be cut with the clips, and the temporarily unused yarns connected to the pieces can be cut, thereby avoiding product damage, yarn waste and roller winding. After the product is finished, the yarn feeder is carried by the machine head to both sides, and the yarn is clamped by the clip, thereby preventing the yarn from floating in the middle of the needle bed. The bottom plate is matched with scissors and clips to maximize the mutual effect.
In addition, the GE2-52C computerized flat knitting machine also uses a special roll of roller, which can weave a variety of ready-to-wear and needle-receiving products. Since the roll roller is closer to the needle bed, it has the effect of reducing waste yarn and improving production efficiency. The machine head uses a single-head dual-system weaving system with a maximum weaving speed of 1.2 m/s.
