The product structure of the company is clear at a glance, the level is clear; all the documents and CAD drawings of the company are convenient and quick to query, the reuse and sharing of historical resources, and the track record of the change process and the safety are obviously improved; (see Figure 6)

Nearly two G-size and thousands of product-related documents (drawings, three-dimensional digital models, and documents) have entered the database, and the data generated by the research and development of new products are managed in the map document; (see Figure 7)

The electronic file is released by a special person. If it is changed after the release, it must be re-released according to the change request form. The publisher and the changer are separated, and the file version is effectively controlled.
The CAXA document management system has established an effective data management platform for the wheel companies, which greatly improved the efficiency of technical management and design personnel, and standardized and standardized management of technical documents.
