First, the magnetic pump start and run

Stop the motor immediately, then close the outlet and inlet valves.

Fourth, magnetic pump repair and maintenance

a. Check the pump and motor regularly and replace the fragile parts.

b. When the pump is not used for a long period of time, the flow path in the pump should be cleaned and the power must be turned off.

c. It is forbidden to run in air.

Five, magnetic pump operation in the matters needing attention

a. Pay attention to the differential pressure between the front and rear of the suction filter. When the pressure difference increases, it means that the foreign matter on the filter is clogged. To stop the pump operation, clean the filter.

b. The discharge amount and discharge pressure meet the specified values;

c There is no abnormal sound and vibration. If abnormal sound or vibration occurs, the general condition is that there is cavitation or excessive wear of the bearing.

E pump cavitation occurs: open the pump outlet valve, when the flow reaches a certain amount, a sudden sound and vibration, then continue to open a large valve, if the flow does not increase, indicating cavitation. Exhaust operation when cavitation occurs. Note: The magnetic pump absolutely cannot operate in the cavitation state. If it continues to operate in this state, it will cause early bearing wear.

f The current value of the motor exceeds the temperature of the rated current g Pump abnormally overheated.

h The pressure of the nitrogen regulator system should be kept within the specified range.
