Academician said that at present and in the future, the core task requirements for the development of China's new materials industry are: 1 focus on the major national strategic needs and industrial development bottlenecks, and enhance the support capabilities of key strategic materials; 2 promote the intelligentization of the production process and Green transformation, improve the international competitiveness of advanced basic materials; 3 speed up the layout of cutting-edge new materials, and seize the commanding heights of the future development of the global new materials industry. Academician also mentioned that superhard materials are widely used in national economic construction and are indispensable advanced basic materials and high-functional materials in strategic emerging industries. The purpose of convening this symposium today is to hope to have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the latest developments in China's superhard materials industry, and to see what difficulties and bottlenecks are faced in the upstream and downstream industries, the development of the industry and the ecological environment, from the Chinese Academy of Engineering. What support can be provided by the new material leadership group, industry associations, and local government levels to better support the sustainable and healthy development and growth of China's superhard materials industry in order to better serve China's manufacturing and economic development.

I hope that relevant parties can learn more about this industry and learn this growth mode. Supporting the development of national industries; Professor Zhang Tao said that the future development of superhard materials will not be limited to "superhard". Participants also mentioned in the discussion that the development of any material is inseparable from the support of raw materials. Pyrophyllite is an irreplaceable insulation, insulation, sealing and pressure transfer medium that must be used in the production of superhard materials.
