Ceramic fiber square rope is made of our high quality ceramic fiber yarns. They can be used for high temperature applications up to 1000° C. The rope is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional stainless steel wire. It contains a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property.

Soldering Station

The soldering station is a hand tool commonly used in electronic soldering processes. The solder (usually referred to as tin wire) is heated and melted, thereby welding two workpieces together.
In order to protect the environment, countries have banned the use of lead-containing solder wires, which increases the soldering temperature because lead-free tin wires have a higher melting point than lead-tin wires. There are higher requirements for the temperature compensation, heating and reheating speed of the soldering station. The rate of heating and reheating is an important index that determines production efficiency, so choosing a good soldering station depends on its temperature control ability. This is the huge gap with traditional soldering irons.
There are many ways to control the temperature, but the simplest one is the adjustable power control. The soldering station uses the soldering iron to quickly transfer heat to the workpiece to control the temperature. Another method is to use a thermostat to control the temperature by turning the power on or off. There is a more advanced solution, using an integrated chip to detect the temperature of the soldering iron tip, and then adjust the power of the thermostat to control the temperature. When the temperature of the soldering iron tip is lower than the set temperature, the host is turned on and power is supplied to the thermostat to generate heat. When the temperature of the soldering iron tip is higher than the preset temperature, the host is turned off to stop heating.
