1. Do not disassemble the camera
Network cameras are generally produced by professional manufacturers, and their structures are precise. There are no parts that users can repair by themselves. If they are not necessary, do not disassemble the camera and do not remove the screws or protection. If there is any problem, they should be contacted directly. The maintenance personnel or directly send the camera to the maintenance department for inspection.

2. Be careful when using the camera

Do not use the camera. Should avoid collision or vibration. Cameras that are used or stored improperly will be damaged. Avoid contact with the camera with oil, steam, moisture, moisture, and dust, and avoid direct contact with water. Do not pull and twist the cable. Similar actions may damage the camera. Do not install the camera upside down if the camera is designed for installation on a ceiling or wall. 5. Do not use the camera outside the temperature, humidity or power specifications

6. Do not install the camera near the air outlet of the air conditioner

7. Consumables

Contacted parts, such as lens drive motors, cooling fan motors, and internally mounted slide rings wear out over time. For replacement and maintenance of these parts, consult your nearest service center.

8. Do not point the camera at the same object for a long time

This burns a shadow of the object on the screen of the cathode ray tube.
