1. The wear-resistant layer of the surface wear layer is the wear-resistant surface paper in the figure. The surface paper contains highly wear-resistant materials such as Al2O3, SiC, etc., and its content is directly proportional to the wear resistance. 2. Decoration layer The decoration layer is actually printed decorative paper produced by computer simulation. Generally printed with imitation precious species of wood grain or other patterns, the paper is processed from refined wood, cotton pulp, requiring whiteness of more than 90, water absorption rate of 25mm For 10 minutes, there is a certain hiding power to cover the color of the dark cushioning paper and prevent the underlying resin from penetrating the surface. 3, buffer layer (some floors without buffer layer)
Buffer layer is to make the decorative layer has a certain thickness and mechanical strength, generally kraft paper, the quantitative is 60-125 g/m2, the thickness of the paper is between 0.2-0.3mm.
4. There are mainly two types of base materials for wood-based composite wood flooring and composite laminate flooring. One is medium and high-density fiberboard, and the other is particleboard with special shavings. The vast majority of composite laminate flooring currently on the market is based on medium- and high-density fiberboards. Due to the relatively poor use conditions of flooring and other decorative materials, the requirements for moisture resistance, deformability, and pressure resistance of the substrate are relatively high. The quality of the substrate determines the quality of the flooring to a large degree. . When medium-density fiberboard is used as a base material for composite laminate flooring, the technical specifications must meet the requirements of Table 4-6.
5. Balanced layer The laminate floor is the paper that is used to balance the structural symmetry to avoid deformation and balance with the surface decorative layer. In addition, it also plays a role in moisture protection after installation. Balancing paper is a kraft paper that floats or does not float. It has a certain thickness and mechanical strength. Balanced paper impregnated phenolic resin, the content is generally more than 80%, with a high moisture and moisture resistance.
